Features

TECHNICAL

  • Reading speed

    Up to 1100 documents per minute for the smallest allowed document size.

  • Speed Selection

    The operator can select the most suitable speed for each application, from the keypad, at any moment to read 300, 450 and 550 documents per minute.

  • Manual Operation

    Data and document batch header can be manually operated by means of the keypad.

  • Multiple Reading

    It can read up to 6 codes in different lines on the same document.

  • Autonomy

    The unit works as a smart peripheral, it does not need a PC for operation or configuration. Data can be transmitted to any host through an RS232C in stream or batch mode.

  • High Data Capture Capacity

    It reads up to 62 characters per line in any of the following codes: Code 128, I 2/5, C 39, Codabar, C 93 (optional). It can also read UPC and EAN.

  • Different code reading

    It reads documents with different types of codes and/or length within the same batch.

  • LCD display

    The display shows the number of documents read, equipment configuration, barcode type, speed, communication with the host and operation mode.

  • Password

    Access to the unit configuration can be password restricted.

  • Count Mode

    It can count documents without reading them.

  • Addition

    Besides reading, the unit can add data based on a certain field of the barcode in each document (date, branch, type, number, etc.).

  • Host Command

    Configuration, start, stop and other functions, if requested, can be commanded from the host.

  • Capacity

    Input tray capacity: 700 docs. (0.1 mm paper thickness) Output tray capacity: 500 docs.

  • Host communication

    Type: RS232
